Vegan Blondies

Simple and delicious Vegan Blondies that are perfect for dessert or anytime of day!

Ingredients

1 15 oz can of chickpeas, drained

1/2 cup nut butter of choice, I used regular peanut butter

1/3 cup maple syrup

1/4 cup oats or oat flour

1 tsp cinnamon

1 ts vanilla extract

1/2 tsp baking powder

1/4 tsp salt

1/41/2 cup vegan chocolate chips or carob chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Add all of your ingredients except the chocolate chips into a food processor or blender and mix/blend well.
  3. Add your chocolate chips and fold in
  4. Pour your batter into a pregreased or prelined 8 x 8 baking dish
  5. Bake for 30 min, let cool, cut into 9 squares and enjoy!
