Two Good 2 Ingredient Dough

Lower carb 2 ingredient dough made with Two Good low fat Greek Yogurt



1 cup self-rising flour

7 ounces Two Good low fat Greek yogurt

1/2 cup blueberries (optional)


  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees
  2. Combine self-rising flour and yogurt in stand mixer. Using the dough hook mix together for 3-4 minutes or until a nice dough has formed.
  3. Roll dough into a ball and cut into 4 equal size pieces
  4. Roll the 4 pieces into a ball and flatten out
  5. Add blueberries on top and lightly spray with cooking spray (I used coconut oil spray)
  6. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until rolls are slightly brown on top and fully cooked in the center.
