The Best Low Calorie Icing

The Best Low Calorie Icing around! Perfect for topping muffins, cupcakes, cakes, bars, or oats!



46 g liquid egg whites

8 g sugar free/fat free Jell-O pudding mix

4 drops liquid Stevia


  1. Mix together the egg whites, Jell-O pudding mix, and liquid Stevia.
  2. Mix together until there aren’t any clumps left. 
  3. Place in fridge for 5 minutes while the mixture thickens.
  4. You can use right away or store for up to 4 days.


You can make this a bit thicker by adding a little more pudding mix. To make a peanut butter flavor, use PB2 or any powdered peanut butter. You can even add some regular peanut butter for a more authentic taste.
