Shredded Chicken Casserole

Healthy, savory, and delicious chicken casserole.



1 lb cooked chicken breast, shredded

1 1/2 cups riced veggies (cauliflower, broccoli, carrots, or a blend)

1/4th cup Frank’s Wing Sauce

1/2 small onion, diced

1 celery stalk, diced

1 tbsp seasoning of choice

1/4 fat free sour cream

tsp salt


  1. Turn oven on to 350
  2. Place all ingredients in large bowl and stir until all ingredients are mixed thoroughly (I used my KitchenAid)
  3. Place chicken and veggie mixture in a pre-lined or pre-greased baking dish
  4. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes
  5. Serve and Enjoy
