120 grams of egg whites
280 grams of pumpkin puree
20 grams of cocoa powder
120 grams of Walden Farms chocolate syrup
60 grams of Dymatize ISO 100 protein powder (or protein of choice)
1 tsp of baking powder
This is the base recipe for the brownie but you can modify as needed. I often will add extra protein powder if I need a higher protein brownie or if I’m looking to make it more decadent then I will throw in some chocolate chips. I have also added chopped up cherries to the batter for a rich cherry chocolate brownie. There are so many different options so feel free to add whatever toppings you like. This brownie base is so low calorie that it really is a guilt free protein dessert that can be loaded with delicious toppings.
