Peppermint Yogurt Bark

Delicious Peppermint Yogurt Bark that tastes like dessert but is packed full of protein!

Ingredients

1 cup Fage Nonfat Greek Yogurt

1 scoop PEScience White Chocolate Mint protein

1/2 serving of RED Peppermint M&M’s, crushed

Instructions

  1. Mix the Greek yogurt and protein together
  2. Spread mixture over parchment lined tray 
  3. Sprinkle crushed M&M’s on top and lightly push down into the yogurt/protein mixture
  4. Freeze for about and hour or until hard. 
  5. Break into pieces and enjoy!

Notes

This isn’t like your typical chocolate bark so the yogurt will start to melt once you take it out of the freezer. I break it into chunks and then leave it in a small container in the freezer and grab a piece when I’m ready to eat it. 

You can throw other mint or peppermint flavored items on top if you don’t have the M&M’s. Regular chocolate chips will work great too. Pretty much anything that works with that flavor will go great.
