How to Cook Spaghetti Squash in the Air Fryer

This is by far the best way to cook your spaghetti squash! It comes out perfectly cooked, clean up is easier, and takes less than half the time!



1 spaghetti squash, halved and seeded

cooking spray

salt, pepper, and or seasonings of choice


  1. Place halved and seeded spaghetti squash in basket, skin side down
  2. Coat top with cooking spray and season to your liking
  3. Cook at 360 degrees for 25-30 minutes depending on the size of your spaghetti squash
  4. When cooled, use fork to scrape inside of squash
  5. Serve and enjoy!


If using a much smaller spaghetti squash I recommend checking it after 22 minutes. I have a 5.3 quart air fryer and can usually fit both sides of the spaghetti squash in the basket at a time.
