Healthy Strawberry Parfait

Copycat Starbucks Greek Yogurt Parfait that has a fraction of the carbs and more than double the protein at a fraction of the cost.

Ingredients

227 grams Nonfat Greek Yogurt

30 mL Torani Sugar Free Syrup

1/2 cup (100 grams), sliced strawberries

1/4 cup Kashi Go Crisp! Cinnamon Crumble

Instructions

  1. In a medium sized bowl combine the nonfat Greek yogurt and the sugar free Torani syrup and mix well.
  2. Top the yogurt and syrup mixture with strawberries.
  3. Add the quarter cup of granola and enjoy!

Notes

You can use any flavor sugar free syrup or omit it completely if you’d like it less sweet. Any berries can be used as well. Just add your favorite seasonal fruits or berries to your bowl.
