





Cinnamon Roasted Delicata Squash with Brussel Sprouts and Bacon

Ingredients
2 medium delicata squash (approximately 600 grams)
1 lb brussel sprouts
6 slices Columbus uncured turkey bacon
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup SF Maple Grove Syrup
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400°
2. Cut both ends of the delicata squash then cut down the center longways. Scoop the seeds out from the center and then cut into half moons.
3. Cut the stems off the brussel sprouts and then cut in half
4. Cut bacon into small pieces
5. Place the delicata squash, brussel sprouts, and bacon in a large bowl and mix thoroughly with olive oil
6. Spread the mixture on your baking sheet and sprinkle with cinnamon and salt
7. Bake at 400° for 30 minutes
8. Once ready remove, let cool for a few minutes, and put into serving dish.
9. Drizzle with syrup and serve
