Chocolate Covered Cherry Baked Oatmeal

Sweet and delicious breakfast, snack or dessert. This Chocolate Covered Cherry Baked Oatmeal is filling and delicious.



2 cups Quaker Oats

1/2 cup liquid egg whites

1 tbsp chia seeds

1 1/2 cups almond milk (or milk of choice)

1 tbsp Madhava Better Baking Blend (or sweetener of choice)

1 cup fresh or canned cherries

1 tsp vanilla extract

2 tbsp Hershey’s Sugar Free Chocolate Syrup


  1.  Preheat oven to 350
  2. In one bowl mix oats and chia seeds, and cherries
  3. Spread this mixture into an 8 x 8 baking dish or baking dish of choice
  4. Pour almond milk, egg whites, sweetener, and vanilla extract into shaker bottle and shake until everything is well mixed. You can also just whisk together in a bowl
  5. Pour the liquid mixture over the oats and bake at 350 for 40 minutes
  6. . Wait for it to cool and drizzle with chocolate syrup


I like to use the no sugar added canned cherries for my oatmeal bakes because they are soft and give the oatmeal some added sweetness.
