Chicken Veggie Patties

Easy 4 ingredient veggie infused chicken burgers that are juicy and delicious!

Ingredients

1 lb ground chicken

1/2 small onion, diced

1 1/2 cups cauliflower hash (I used the Kroger brand)

1 garlic clove, chopped

1 tbsp olive oil (or oil of choice)

 

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Over medium heat, saute onion in oil until translucent and fragrant
  3. Add the cauliflower hash and garlic and saute for another 2-3 minutes
  4. Let  onion, garlic, and cauliflower hash cool
  5. In a large bowl combine ground chicken and cooled cauliflower hash mixture
  6. Once mixed well, make 6 burger patties and lay on prepared baking sheet
  7. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees
  8. Serve on your favorite bun and enjoy!

Notes

I like to saute the veggies before mixing with the ground meat to allow the flavors to come out and marinate with the meat.
