140 grams Cherry Berry Blend (found in the frozen fruit section)
5 drops vanilla liquid stevia
3 grams sugar free jello pudding mix (any flavor)
15 grams Dymatize Birthday Cake ISO 100 protein powder (can use protein of choice but may change nutrition info)
3 oz cashew milk
- Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
- Add your favorite toppings and enjoy!
Add your favorite toppings or enjoy as a smoothie bowl. I like adding sliced strawberries, bananas, nuts and seeds, peanut butter, coconut or granola depending on what I have available. Sometimes I even throw some cereal on there for some added crunch.
