3-Ingredient Banana Pancakes

These easy, super soft, and delicious 3 Ingredient Banana Pancakes are a perfect addition to any breakfast.

Ingredients

1 banana

1 large egg

1/4th cup oat flour

1/4th tsp baking powder (optional)

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients together until smooth
  2. Heat a non-stick pan over low to medium heat and coat with cooking spray
  3. Pour batter into pan and cook approximately 2 minutes per side, or until the base is a golden brown
  4. Repeat steps 2 & 3 until batter is finished
  5. Add fresh fruit or maple syrup and enjoy!
